The main reason I got it translated was for the Nao Kokonoki story; everything else is just a bonus. Poor Yurika.  :(  I’m watching for more old Nao Kokonoki doujins, but silly Y!J sellers and their prices of 6000+ yen. I’m not (yet, at least) willing to pay that. Here’s a little blast from the past. Some delicious Nao Kokonoki Nadesico Movie porn! I really need to get all his other old doujins and rescan them, too. They’re not easy to find though.  :(  Anyway, this is actually the reprint version, so the cover is textured rather than glossy (the Keroro one is the same way). How do I know?  I accidentally double ordered the first volume of Lucrecia and got one of each.  Anyway, I’ll be scanning that whole series sometime before spring, so look for it here. Also, I apparently goofed on the raw’s title since I didn’t realize the manga for Keroro used pokopen rather than pekopon.  If you downloaded the raw, go ahead and rename the folder and files.

In other news, Dulce Report 13, along with a whole bunch of other C79 releases, should be arriving soon, so I’ll be getting that commissioned as soon as I get it scanned.  I also fixed the broken image links in Google’s RSS reader; if anyone uses another RSS reader, email me and I’ll see if I can get that fixed, too.

I’m sure I’ve mentioned before how much I love Nao Kokonoki.  :D  Anyway, this is an older doujin of his that I managed to find and scan, and I’ve also commissioned a translation, so watch for that in the near future.  I’ve also gotten ahold of all five volumes of Lucrecia and ordered his C79 doujin, so watch for those too.  Now, enjoy some delicious Natsumi! Here’s the final part of Nao Kokonoki’s first volume of “Angel Within the Barrier” (translation by SaHa as usual), plus the full book for those who waited.  The chapter 5 download includes the covers, etc., as does the full volume of course.  Make sure you check out the little 4koma on the dustjacket flaps!  :)

Sadly, the second volume of this has not been released yet, and I have yet to find good enough scans of the rest of the magazine chapters to commission, so it may be some time before the rest gets translated.

The last chapter of Second Virgin, Anekata 2.5, is now done, and as a bonus, I have Anekata 3, published in Megastore Comics after Second Virgin was released. Much thanks to SaHa for his work completing this! I’d also like to thank Tonigobe for translating Anekata 1 & 2 (chapters 1 & 2) as well as Stecaz for translating Nagase First Time (chapter 6). Note that those chapters use the magazine scans since I’m waaaay too lazy to re-edit.  Note that the full volume rar does not contain Anekata 3, since that was a separate publication.

Speedy delivery on this one! Another chapter of Second Virgin is all ready to go; this time chapter five. It’s yet another great chapter from a book filled with great chapters; this time it involves Makoto’s friend from Anekata. One of the fun things about this chapter is that it connects up the Anekata and Tomomi storylines. This evening, I have for you all a translation I commissioned from SaHa. I’ve decided to have most of the remaining chapters of Nao Kokonoki’s Second Virgin translated, starting with chapters unrelated to the Tomomi storyline that started in the first volume (since Tadanohito has not finished that volume yet). This standalone chapter, entitled “House Work,” is one of the lonely-housewife-seduced-by-the-salesman types, but with a twist. :) (more…)
