Hmm… pretty sure the futa is Kainé from the Nier games, which might make the shota Emil? Not entirely sure since I haven’t played either version of Nier, but the lingerie-like outfit definitely is like what Kainé wears in-game.

No, it’s Nier and Kaine. This is based on Nier Replicant, the Japanese PS3 version of Nier, which makes the MC a shota/bishounen instead of an old geezer.
Emil shows up at the end of the doujin, though, with Kaine looking to rape him next.
